Well , as requested to update my RIYANA :D , i'm updating it now lol , anyway GET WELL SOON RIYANA , DIARREA please leave her alone , shes like so poor thing , always visiting the toilet .
Imagine drinking a drink like this , 2 scp* of protein powder , 1 egg white , one bar of chocolate , 1 spoon of peanut butter , add in milk , blend it and drink it , how does it feels ?? LOL , this is crazy

AS REQUESTED BY B. TO UPDATE , I'LL DO IT :D
Today i went to school , had remedial until 3+ and i went home to do my homework and took a nap , and woke up at 6.30 bath and went to the gym , hit the weights and until 9+ when i'm don i went home , and i blog about my life :) how "wonderful" , you guys want some ?
today is special cause i chatted with B & A on msn , how great :D

Its sports day and our event was 4x100m , we got 2nd , lost to the 1st place by 0.06s and won the 2nd place by 0.02s , the race was fast and great

They are the 3rd placing champs , 0.02sec behind us
Hes the last runner , running against me , hes a great competitor even though i overtake him and we won their team by 0.02sec , they are simply GREAT
