Teachers day was boring espicially in Yuhua Secondary , People out there , you shouldnt choose Yuhua as your secondary school , cause this school is freaking lousy , we didnt even have teachers day concert -.- , no half day , spent the rest of the time after recess listening to song dedication when they should have just let us go home , but afterall , manage to see some friends .

Went off and had a some talk while walking , and I sorry for what i've done , its all my fault , i guess now its gonna be a herculean task to be back to who we use to be in the past already .

Planned to do lots of stuff after my 'O' , i want to work , be back to the gym and get a bike license :) , lets hope that My 'O' finish fast with acceptable results :)

~The deadlift is one of the most powerful and effective exercises ever developed for gaining muscle and increasing your strength.
~Many people would agree that the deadlift is the best overall test of brute strength there is.
~This lesson will focus in teaching you how to deadlift correctly, with good form.
~If you are serious about gaining muscle and improving your strength then you have to include the deadlift in your workouts.
~The deadlift is a compound exercise which targets pretty much every major muscle group in your body.

Deadlift Form

~Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and keep your shins touching the bar.
~Keep your head looking forwards and begin pulling the weight off the floor making sure to keep your back straight and tight throughout the lift.
~Try and keep the bar as close to your shins as possible when deadlifting. Don’t use your arms when deadlifting, your arms are just there to hold the weight.
~You will want to use an alternating grip, with one hand over and one hand under the bar, where possible.
~The alternating grip will allow you to grip the bar much tighter and allow you to deadlift more weight.
~You also might want to consider using chalk on your hands because once you start deadlifting heavy, the bar will tear your hands apart and you will need chalk to maintain your grip and reduce friction on your hands.
~Keep your head looking straight up, your back flat, chest up and your hips down. ~Keeping your hips down will help take some stress off the lower back.

Points To Remember:

When deadlifting keep these points in mind

~Don’t round your back

~Don’t use gloves. If you need extra grip use chalk.

~Keep the bar close to your shins at all time

~Don’t jerk the movement. The deadlift should be a smooth controlled movement.

~It is important not to train heavy deadlifts too often because the exercise is so taxing on your body. A good idea would be to train the deadlift every two weeks to prevent overtraining.

Why Deadlift ?

~The deadlift is the best mass building exercises for the upper body there is.
~It works your back, your abs, your quads and your hamstrings all at the same time.

Yeap , i just deadlifted 2 and a quater plate today (45kg perside) , so its 45kg+45kg+18.7kg(for the bar)=108.7KG , and thats todays achievement , one month back the heaviest i can deadlift was only 35kg perside one month later its 45kg per side woohooo. hopefully will be able to hit 3 plate ? AHHAHA thats a big dream 3 plates = 60kg per side man omg for my size ? thats impossible i suppost ?

I realize that I've been eating a lot recently , especially at night , like for example last Thursday night , i was hungry and my sis cook a big bowl of U DON (the thick Japanese noodle) for me and she was like "If you cannot finish just throw the remain away" but i ended up finishing the whole bowl and i'm still hungry -.- , so i meet quan hong at toh guan 30min later and i ate a fish burger , a plate of friess and drinks but still i dont have the bloated feel , how strange -.- . Another example is now , i just ate a packet of instant noodles , egg with cheese , 2 packet of potato chip , 1 curry puff and drinks , lol strange stomach i have , wonder why i still don't grow fat or have any change in mass -.- . STRANGE!!!!!!!!!!

Gym mates have been asking me to train harder after my O's and participate in Contest next year but should i ? They are huge man , i'm not , sure lose one what LOL , I'll see how i look like next year then i consider again :) the only confident area right now is my back i guess lol

Met Brenda and Jasmine at the railmall at 1am for supper :) and we have loads of joy and laughter when we're there , stayed at railmall till about 4+ and they decided to go , walk along path where theres loads of trees and grass , and MX you suck , afraid to walk near the grass cause you're afraid that you might meet a snake , but ended up meeting toad HAHAHHA , total gayness LOL , its normal for girls to be afraid of toads , first time , a guy . Finally its weekend , have been so busy with homework and stuff during week days , so it Friday , headed to Town to get my shoes ( the one below this post ) and meet some of my friends at far east and cineleisure , slack and chilled around until about 11+ then we headed home , but my friends ended up coming to my house to play Majong , i played a few rounds and stop , cheeheng took over my place and he won lol Lucky place :D , they played 12+ until like 8 in the morning -.- gamble gods KNS but i slept at 4 until they wanted to go off then i woke up , another day gone but its definitely a enjoyable one :)

Second day of school , finally got my timetable , lesson starts tomorrow :) . Anyway got called out by my discipline master , cause of the hair of course what else -.- , cut a few of my friends hair , but when its my turn , he was like " Patrick come forward " then i'm like " If you're going to cut now i'll also have to trim it later must as wel i cut it later right " then he smile and said " You promise ? " haahaha so i said okay i promise to cut later " he was like " if tomorrow your hair is still long how ? " then i said " if my hair is long tomorrow i let you CUT " i said this loudly , then hes like " Okay go " phew . but i got my hair cutted after school , and its damn short now , no fringe at all , something like mallet but its not :) see and you'll laugh .

Woot yeah , this is my new Bike , Thanks to my sister's boyfriend who gave it to me ( as a gift for passing my N level ) , this bike is very expensive i must say hmm maybe 2k+ , pass n level i get a bike pass my o level my gift will be a car already :D LOL well this is the first bike that i like riding on it , great suspension thought its kinda heavy but who cares , its feels so damn stable riding on it , more pictures to come about the bike :D

Was at ZY house eating steamboat with all the others , did counting down at his house LOL ridiculous lah please LOL no one intrested only intrested in playing BlackJack hahah , then went down to Glen's house they played Majong while some of us played to computer (DOTA)sigh LOL , stsyed awake till 6 in the morning then went for breakfast with the others then took bus home and slept like nobody's business =) .

My Christmas plan did'nt happen cause something happen bofore christmas , lets just not talk about it already .

Getting my Nlevel results soon , people ask me for feelings about that day , what can i say ?? scared ? i really dont know man , dont have any feelings , whats the point of being scared ? Went out with my friends in the afternoon to see some clothes but ended up not buying any cause the design is very limited . Then went to vivo city , A place i dont wish to go but they wanted to go so i followed them , when we're there , i kept myself behind all of them , silence and alone as that place really brought back lots of memories to me , memories i dont want to think of but no matter what it kept flashing through my brain , walking around the whole vivo brought back all the memories , happy memories which no longer belongs to me , which disappeared from me , sigh , maybe i'm just too tired , not in a very good mood anyway after the vivo walk , hopefully after a sleep i'll be better .

What wrong have i done wrong to deserve this , did lots of thinking last night and i still dont understand why , why is it like this , it a very big change within just a few days , only 2 of you understand what i mean . Planned for movies , planned for dinners , planned for christmas and so many things and now this just happen . I did my best in everything i can do , gave everything i can give but what have i done wrong to deserve this ? change everything thats in me to be better , attitude , personality and behaviour but seems like all this is like just a waste , i change for nothing . people says that as long as you did your best , your effort will not be wasted , but i dont agree with that phrase , as it did'nt happen to me , did everything but it just did'nt happen . theres just alot more to say but its just no point posting everything here as i believe it just wont do any help in me i'll just remain as who i am now and how i am feeling . never had i felt like this before in my life , i dont have the courage to handle this , go ahead , call me coward , timid or selfish , i dont care . I wish i had never work up from the sweetest dreams that i never had before in my life but now i'm awake the dream is gone forever . Its best for you , but as for me , i'm just being left out alone with no one , to suffer and eventually wait for something to happen somehow . Just came back from work , Currently working at Wisma , Isetan B1 , selling pearl from japan , for only one week :) but everyday have to work from 11am to 10pm , 2 hours of break in a day but NO seating down , stand all the way , thats how tired it can be :( but the pay is kinda good , about $10/hr everyday work for11 hour , 11x7=77 then 77 x 10= $770 one week :D who knows there might be bonus also :D$770+bonus woot :D

Woot finally a new computer i wanted long ago , old one is very laggy dont know whats wrong , recently bought this iMac for $1600 cheap and a good investment , after days using it its kinda complicated but well i'm getting use to it soon :D its a good computer really cool as it has a remote control hahahah and you'll be able to use it to play songs and brouse picture without touching the keyboard and mouse , thats cool :D

Finished all my N s finally time for me to take a break :) . I did something , which i've never done before in my life , 1st time did that , But not telling it out , its a secret :P ( You & I know can already ) . Thought exam's are over , theres still remedial in school , might be going for afew , depends on what we learn , if its new stuff i'll go :) if its revision then i'll pass , All i know now is its time to relax and enjoy as exams are finally over :D

Woohoooo completed all my papers left only my D&T which is one the 9th of october :) . Some of our question papers were given back to us and i wrote all the answer on my answer sheets on my question paper , espicially for my maths paper 2 , and i've already check with the teachers for my answer :) , surprisingly i did quiet alright for my maths :D finally i pass , got 42 out of 60 :D which is 70 out of 100 OMG A2 , can you believe that lol , in this whole year i only manage to pass paper 2 less then 5 i should say but i got A2 for my N-Level :D damn happy about it :D

Finally finish 3 / 6 most important paper , chinese , social studies and english was actually quiet alright , should be able to score :) english was actually mush harder then what i expected but well i did my best , should be able to :) . time to losen myself for few days , and start to study again when school reopens , everyday will be tough , filled with maths , chemistry , physic , history and design and technology and this are the only lesson i will have until my next 3/6 paper which the first paper is on the 29 of october . time is short :) appreciate what i have :)

Few days back , just receive phone call from my teacher -.- , what else can a teacher do when they call my home ? very obvious its COMPLAINCOMPLAINANDCOMPLAIN . complain about me TALKING in class , SLEEPING in class and GRADES DROPPING . like WTH , you tell me who dont talk in class?? put aside those who are mute , who else dont talk ? Yes sometimes i do talk in class but sometimes its not completely me who started talking , its my friends who talk to me and i just reply , whats wrong with that? i just reply and continue doing what i am doing , dont get it -.- . then its sleeping in class , which i do when i have free period , teacher not teaching or when teacher is going through test which those question i'm correct , but she said i sleep everytime -.- . then comes to my grades , she said my grades drop alot , which like i did'nt , from a just pass i became like 65 out of 100 , a C5 to B3 , thats dropping uh? then what she want? want me to fail then improve uh WTH , shes full of crap uh , no wonder people say that shes like a grandma , now i know why , PISSED-.-
